Adexhibit Jason RIP, The annotated lyrics, by Rob Hustle

“first off, fuck you bitch and that clique you claim”

If you are going to write a diss track, you can do worse than starting out with an homage to the late rapper Tupac Shakur. The opening line that you see here is taken from his infamous track “Hit Em Up”, and sets the tone for the rest of the track.

“you can’t rap, your producer street beatz is lame”

Obviously, Jason can’t rap. He proves this definitively in his so-called song. But restating the obvious is an interesting mechanic that can help establish the ‘realness’ of a track, and so I employ it here.

I was actually surprised to see street beatz team up with this guy. SB has been on my genitalia for a minute trying to get me to rock one of his beats. I guess he got mad that I was not using his music and decided to team up with someone on his level.

“call my crew out but you afraid to speak my name”

I searched Jason’s lyrics for the string “rob hustle” and didn’t find it. Which is curious, since Jason
goes to great lengths to insult my confederates Barman, Von Doogan and Dullspace. Why did he leave me out? Either he…
a) likes me
b) is afraid of me
c) all of the above

I think the answer is C. Regardless, the omission is telling. In street terms, it sounds like Jason does not want to ‘fuck with me.’ So, I decide to use this angle as the theme of the rap.

“just when you thought fuckin jason couldn’t get mo gay
bb_wolfe said it best, he just gets gayer”

This is taken from the response thread. I was going to quote kidchaos and some of the other respondents, but I didn’t want to get off track. So, I picked bb_wolfe’s reply and went with that.

“who the fuck releases battle tracks on zshare?”

I thought it was comical that adexhibitjason needed to upload to a file sharing site to get hosting for his rhyme. If he had any testicular fortitude, he would have sent his track directly to Barman and dared him to post it. Unfortunately, he lacked both balls and creative thinking. So, he was forced to post his rhyme to one of the only places that would host it: an anonymous file sharing service.

“tony montana? more like jason wisconsin”

This is a play on words based on the first line of his rap. Tony Montana is the name of the main character in Scarface, played by Al Pacino. By invoking the name, Jason is attempting to appropriate some of the menacing attributes associated with the film. He wants us to think that he is ruthless, like Tony Montana.

However, his skills are a joke, hardly threatening at all. Which is why the appellation “Jason Wisconsin” is appropriate. Not only does it indicate his place of origin, it is also fittingly innocuous.

“you scared to say my name bitch i dont think you want none
you call out doogan, dullspace and the barman, but hold it?
no mention of rob hustle. You didn’t think I’d notice?”

Because Jason was lacking in skill, I didn’t want to spend much time attacking him. I had already picked up on the fact that he seemed to be afraid to come at me. And so, this is where I start ‘calling him out.’

When someone really does act like a ‘bitch’, it’s easy to call them out. You simply restate their actions, then you state your interpretation. That leads to the next line:

“you fuckin pussy, i think you duckin”

Making fun of all the people that you think you can triumph over, while conveniently leaving out competition that you think you will lose to, is known on the streets as a ‘bitch move’. Bitches have pussies, and so I make reference to Jason’s here. ‘Ducking’ is another term that people frequently use to signify that someone is hiding or avoiding another person. That is the reason for the second reference.

“but luckily the hustle specialize in pussy fuckin.”

As many of you know, although I do allow the ladies to pleasure them both orally and anally, my specialty IS fucking the pussy. Making reference to one’s own skills while at the same time highlighting the lack of skills of an opponent is an excellent technique that the up and coming battle rapper might wish to make use of.

“and i’m already hard because of how much you been suckin”

This double entendre revolves around the dual meaning of “sucking”. On the one hand, it can mean performing poorly. On the other hand, it can mean providing oral sex. Since both cases apply equally well to what Jason is doing, its inclusion is appropriate.

“i got more fuckin trojans than a motherfuckin russian”

Here we have a double double entendre. I am using the meaning of the words “Trojan” as well as stereotypical representations of Russians online. A Trojan can be both a brand of condom and a hazardous computer program. And russians are known for wanting to engage in sexual intercourse a lot and also for being able to ‘hack’. Since both meanings are applicable in the context of this rap, I use them here.

“so when i’m bustin nuts you better not be sayin nothin”

Another double entendre, completing the trilogy. “Busting” is a colloquialism that can mean either ejaculation or the act of rapping. “Busting Nuts”, then, can either mean ejaculating or rapping excellently. The reference to not saying anything plays on this. On the one hand, it refers to the fact that women (like Jason) often make vocal sounds when taking the penis. It is also a segue into the next line.

“you shouldn’t talk ‘shit to someone you don’t want to fuck with’”

This is taken from Jasons sig. Whether he changes it or not after the fact is irrelevant. I thought it would be humorous to take his own aphorisms and beat him about the head with them.

“ad exhibit jason? you need to go exhibit an ad
i just served you with your own sig, you makin me mad”

Because the mental acuity of Jason is in question (who attacks the Paper Clique?), I wanted to make sure that he understood that I was using his lines against him. Subtlety is not always rewarded when dealing with the mentally challenged. After all, this is the guy who spelled inbred with an M.

“you may not give a fuck, but hustle read the TOS
you’re in violation, your rhyme’s a fucking POS
I took your offer offline with my DOS
wiped my ass with your file till the EOF”

I did not want to respond to his entire rap, but I did want to include one or two lines that he used, just for flavor. I picked up on the TOS line because acronyms often offer a number of lyrical possibilities. His exact line was “I dont give a fuck if you didnt read the TOS”. That served as the starting point for the end.

“so if you want it you can be my guest
ppc.bz beat dat ass till dey be none left”

And there’s no need to be verbose. An ounce of gold is worth more than ten pounds of shit. And our rhymes demonstrate this fact quite clearly.

Although the verse is short, at PPC.BZ we try to make sure that our responses are appropriate to the provocation. Since Jason obviously can’t rap, there was no point wasting a lot of time or energy on him. A quick KO would be enough to serve notice that the paper clique is still in effect, and PPC.BZ is still the heavyweight champ of the affiliate rap game.
