4.20 Get Money + Get Paid Party Agenda

OK here is the deal. Party planning is a pain in the balls and I’m tired and want to go get drunk. This is what you need to know about the EWA / Circa Direct Party going down on 4.20. It will be at the Mezzanine SF.

9-11PM Private Party

– The reason this is “private” is because of an OPEN BAR. We have limited spots which is why I did a RSVP list. For some reason the venue said i couldn’t publicize “open bar” so I had to keep it a secret. During this time everyone will mingle and get drunk.

Even if you’re on the list – first come first serve! Once we reach capacity then we can’t let people in until 11pm.

11PM to 2AM

– Not open bar. We can let like 100-150 more people in. So if you’re not on the Private Party list, then don’t fret. First come, first serve!

This is when the music gets hoppin’ too with some Dirt Nasty music. I really don’t give a fuck if you’re on a list or not at this point.

OK?

Sorry! PPC.bz throws exclusive shit and we can’t just let everyone in. Way of the world.

So if you’re in the Private Party list you will probably get an email. You won’t get an email if you didn’t opt-in because you’re a clown.

I prioritized the list like this –
1) Important people, performers, sponsors.
2) Affiliates
3) People with vaginas.
4) Everyone else.

Pro Tip: Tip

I don’t know what the fuck it is about some of you people, but please fucking tip. Anyone who works in service knows, people that don’t tip are pieces of shit. You work in an industry that pretty much prints money and are too cheap to tip?

It doesn’t matter if it’s an open bar or cash bar – TIP!

If you don’t know how to tip- it works like this. Give the person giving you a drink $1 for every drink they give you. If you want to be taken care of by a bartender the whole night – slip them a $20 or more so they remember you at the beginning of the night, and still tip occasionally.

It just bothers me that at some of these parties in this industry, the service doesn’t get taken care of. These folks work hourly for a wage, so they make their money off tips. The amount of fun people have is directly proportional to the speed of drinks being served – and the service will suck if no one is tipping.

This has been a public service announcement.

  3. I would have never thought that tipping was an issue in the affiliate space! shhhhiiiiiiiiiiittttt

Working in nightlife for a few years, you learn the importance of that quick. I typically go for being the bartenders favorite customer, and by the end of the night that has it’s value. ;)

    Big ups on this! Stoked.

What’s up with the dirt nasty groupies. they on the pre-party guestlist?? ;P

Does it really surprise anybody that affiliates don’t tip well? We are always reluctant to pay for software that someone develops and we always want handouts.
