Some quick things to discuss today.
Vote for Rob Hustle
Shoemoney’s Theme Song contest is “taking votes” today. Just as I suspected, it’s not a public vote, because if it was, you know Rob Hustle would win. But you can still make the case for Rob Hustle putting in the most effort and hottest track in the comments on Shoe’s post.
Just listening to some of these other entries makes me cringe. They are truly awful. It’s a sad day for music when shit like this happens.
Free Advertiser Webinar
In addition, there was a highly informative webinar from Jim Lillig of JimLillig.com that you may have missed. The webinar is about being an advertiser, and I’m pretty sure you could pick up more information from this free websinar than 99% of resources out there related to being an advertiser (which there are very few of anyway).
I don’t know much about Jim but he seems to know his shit. The only shot to Jim’s credibility is that he’s involved with Affilicert. The idea, in theory, is completely legitimate, but the execution of the Affilicert product is straight garbage, so I let him know that. Nobody’s perfect.
Other Blogs Worth Reading
I find other blogs through the comments people leave here (which is nearing 5,000) – and sometimes, usually rarely, are good. So if you need to add more shit to your reader I recommend these guys

Brian’s homeless man post was absolutely hilarious…and informative as well…but definitely more funny.
It’s obvious Jim Lillig has had a nice career (I guess) seems like every company he’s either an employee or it eventually fails.
Anyone who claims to be known as “The CPA Guy” is pretty interesting since I bet 99% of readers here have never heard of this guy until this post including me.
He basically talks up some of the absolute worst networks a new advertiser can ever get involved with and the CPA campaigns he talks about launching are all for IM gurus.
Granted I didn’t watch more than 15 minutes since this guy is about as entertaining as my dick not getting sucked but maybe it gets better.
On the bright side, love the Daily Conversions homeless guy split test, I’m going to do the same thing with a hooker and my coke dealer and report back the results after the weekend.
I completely disagree with the above guy. I’m 2 years into the affiliate marketing game and that webinar was one of the most useful things I’ve ever listened to regarding the advertiser side, not to mention a pretty decent overview of CPA marketing versus “traditional” affilate marketing and CPA in general. I got a lot out of it, and I know someone newer to this would get eve more.
