This Nigerian scam email i got today reads like a movie. Illegal drug trade, killing their president, and other dangers await!
Hello.
My name is Mrs. Safi Waie, the wife of late General Batista Tagme Na Waie, former army chief of staff of Guinea Bissau in West Africa who was assassinated on March 1 2009 by presidential guards to the late president Nino Vieira due to his opposition for the former presidents dictatorial regime and his involvement in the illicit drug trade. Soldiers loyal to my late husband also killed the president few hours later.
My late husband knew he will be killed since many attempts has been made to kill him in the past hence he once told me that he has already taken care of our future. He informed me that on one of his trips to inspect a Naval ship being built by a ship building company in Athens , Greece , he deposited a box containing 8,250,000.00 with a foreign embassy in Europe to be kept in their security vault. He did not tell them the actual content of the box.
I have now escaped to Ivory Coast with the assistance of some Red Cross officials who knew that my life is grave danger. If you will promise to assist me with the investment of the money without cheating me, kindly respond to this mail, so that I will give you more information on how to retrieve the box from the embassy.
I am waiting for your immediate response.
God bless you.
Safi.

Oh, give me the scammer’s email address!
I once got $2k of off one of these guys by telling them that their marketing was amateurish and that I was an expert marketing consultant who could have them quadruple their revenue with my consulting services. He sent me $2k over Western Union, I sent him a link to MakeMoniesOnline.com and then I disappeared. I know a guy who makes a living scamming these scammers.
If you decide to do this though, be warned, they have people here that fucking kill you so make sure your shit is anonymous.
I likes you.
-Safi
A Nigerian guy when I was 18 and worked retail came into our store once and tried to get me to marry him. He already had one wife and a son who he showed me pictures of who was 13 but he said it was ok because according to the laws of his country he could have 4 wives.
That story is 100% true. I was almost scared to walk home when we closed that night.
Haha, I believe that is the plot for the next Sylvester Stallone flick? Very true man, these things keep evolving… funny to hear what they have worked it up into at this point. If you actually believed it, you’d think you would be emptying your pockets though ;)
I just don’t get how these guys make money. They ask for your bank info, but that doesn’t mean they can just go take $$ out of it. I get like 5 of these emails everyday on my old AOL account and I just don’t get how they monetize this shit
Identity theft 101.
hilarious :D I don’t think that someone would get trapped into this.
I have a Nigerian friend. He speaks better English than we all do, no bull.
Not a scam for sure. Very desperate individual that has gone against every odd and come out on top. Just like my daughter who has just purchased some Acai to regain her health.
What’s sad is that these scams have to actually work, otherwise they would have died out a long time ago. I can only imagine how man suckers fall for this shit every week.
I actually know one guy here in India who fell for it and lost about $30,000. Happened only last week.
