1) florida real estate. this is a no brainer. ive been buying florida real estate sinec 2007 and making mad money. you can’t go wrong. the best way to do this if you have alot of $ is go to realtor.com and put in miami, fl and choose a house. you want something brand new so you dont have roaches. then, put an ad on craigslist and fill the spot with a renter. you can identify a renter because they are poor, unlike us and can’t afford to buy the house. to avoid any hassles, just pay the asking price and in 3 years it won’t matter how much you paid, yor houses will triple in value. this is the easiest money besides affiliate marketing.
2) hedge funds. this is anotehrh no brainer. im too busy to pick stocks so i let a pro do it. i asked my friend warren buffet and he gave me some recommendation. he is going to kill me, but you can call him at 402-346-1400 and get advice too. basically, i make like 30% per month on hedge funds and i do nothing. i just give them $ and they give me back more. to find a good hedge fun go to google and type hedge fund.
