Never deal with the BBB!
All the BBB does really if there is a complaint is send you a letter with a transcript of what the person told them. Then, you have to respond within a certain number of days about the complaint, telling them your side and if you want to resolve the problem with them or not. Then, if they decide in your favor, it goes away. If not, it goes against your record. That is all.
